How we scope an app
Screens are the cheap part. What makes an app expensive is what it has to talk to: your CRM, your data, your billing, the AI features that need real context. So we scope from the integration map, not from a wireframe count, and we quote in writing after the first call. Prototypes first when the idea is unproven, full builds when it isn't.
We've also built and shipped our own products, Idea2Market.ai, Nerix AI and Spar, so we know what happens after launch: the store reviews, the push notifications, the schema change nobody planned. That's the part most shops don't mention.
Questions we get
- How much does a custom app cost?
- With us it depends on the integrations and the AI features, not the number of screens. We scope on a 30-minute call and quote in writing. If you want a ballpark before the call, tell us what the app needs to talk to and we'll answer by email.
- Do you maintain the app after launch?
- Yes, if you want us to stay on. Or we hand it off with docs, tests and a runbook and you're free to take it in-house. No lock-in, it's your repo.
- Can you add AI to an app we already have?
- That's often the best-value project we do. We read your codebase first, then wire the feature in with the same guardrails we use for CRM agents.
