Terms of Use

By using Spar you agree to these terms. Spar is distributed through the Apple App Store; Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where these terms do not say otherwise.

Spar is a practice simulator: you rehearse difficult workplace conversations out loud with an AI counterpart and get feedback on how it landed. The counterpart and the feedback are AI-generated. They can be wrong, incomplete, or a poor fit for your specific situation.

Spar is not professional, legal, HR, medical, or mental-health advice. Real conversations, and their outcomes, are your responsibility.

The free plan includes one practice conversation per day. Spar Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (weekly or yearly) that unlocks unlimited rounds, unlimited custom scenarios, and every difficulty.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The yearly plan may include a free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription price is charged.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.

Do not use Spar to generate abusive or unlawful content, attempt to break or overload the service, or reverse-engineer it. We may suspend access that abuses the service.

Custom scenarios you write and things you say during practice stay yours. You give us permission to process them with our service providers solely to run the app (see the Privacy Policy).

Spar is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continuing to use Spar after a change means you accept the updated terms.
